Nomy Performance ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Nomy Performance app, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information

• Email address and display name — provided when you register or sign in with Google or Apple.
• Authentication tokens — managed securely by Firebase Authentication.

Performance and wellness data

• Exercise and routine logs you record within the app.
• Quiz and self-assessment responses (physical and mental inputs).
• Goals and progress notes you enter.

Device and usage data

• Device type, operating system version, and app version — used for diagnostics.
• Notification preferences and scheduling settings stored locally on your device.

• To provide, personalise, and improve the Nomy Performance experience.
• To sync your data across your devices via Firebase/Firestore.
• To send local push notifications for scheduled routines and reminders (only with your permission).
• To diagnose technical issues and maintain app stability.
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

You may choose to sign in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. When you do, we receive only the basic profile information those services provide (name and email address). We do not receive your passwords for those accounts.

Use of those services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy respectively.

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase applies industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Sensitive credentials are stored using your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and are never transmitted to our servers.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Nomy Performance may send local push notifications to remind you about scheduled routines and goals. These notifications are generated on-device and do not involve transmitting personal data to our servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's system settings.

Nomy Performance is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and hosting
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication
• Sign in with Apple — optional authentication

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
